Want to know my score?

Overall, it was a B.

My ATTRACT score was a C.  And I can live with that for now because we only performed a soft launch about a week ago.  I know I have a long way to go, but I like the feedback it gives regarding Overall Results, Lead Capture, and Social Media.

My SELL score was a bit better – a B.  Again, concrete feedback regarding Follow Up, Contact Management, and Email Marketing activities.

My WOW score was another B, with specific feedback in the areas of Customer Delight, Loyalty, and Referrals.

The final report offers some free reports and videos that are tailored to my needs (scores) that will help me improve my efforts and make the most of my time.   These resources are helping me re-direct and shape my strategy as I continue to build this site.

Give it whirl and let me know how it went!
